Clinic Coordinator, Fridley Location

This position provides clerical support to Physicians and Clinicians in a busy mental health clinic setting. This position is based in Fridley and is available immediately. Part-time, M-Th 12-5, with some occasional additional hours.

Duties include, but are not limited to: phones, reception, computer scheduling, electronic file preparation and maintenance, collecting co-pays/daily deposits, data entry, supply ordering and filing. Will also include some patient registration during slower working periods, and coverage for others on vacation.

Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to stay professional under busy/stressful working conditions. Must have excellent communication and telephone skills with ability to remain courteous and helpful. Must be organized and detail oriented. Prefer 1-2 years experience in a health care setting, mental health preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required.

Medical Assistant or LPN, Fridley location

We are currently looking for a medical assistant or LPN for our Fridley location. The position is part-time

Responsibilities include:
Assist with insurance authorization requests
Maintain medical records in an accurate and timely manner
Respond to client medically focused calls and concerns
Assist in medication refills and distribution
Other duties as assigned

Intermediate computer skills

Clinical Therapist, 
Golden Valley location

We are searching for a licensed therapist to work at BHSI’s Golden Valley office.  Full-time is preferred, but quality part-time candidates will be considered.  Duties include outpatient psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults.  Must have a doctoral or master’s degree and Minnesota licensure as a psychologist, independent clinical social worker, or marriage and family therapist.   Experience with electronic medical records and ability to be credentialed by Medicare preferred.
