Molly Blackmore, MS, LMFT
Education:  Molly earned her master’s degree in Human Ecology, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University.
Credentials:  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Areas of Practice:  Individual, couples, and family therapy with adolescents and adults. She has special interests in working with adolescents, couples, women, and particularly those who suffer from depression, anxiety, or the emotional consequences of sexual abuse. She works to help people recognize current and past obstacles and the overall impact in our lives. She also guides people to help them decide on short-term and/or long-term options for treatment and recovery.

Rachel Giersdorf, PsyD, LP (formerly Levitsky)
Education:  Dr. Giersdorf earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 2011.
Credentialing:   Licensed Psychologist
Areas of Practice:   Individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as psychological assessment, with children, adolescents, and adults.  Special interests:   Working with trauma, attachment issues, anxiety and stress, depression, grief, life transitions and adjustment difficulties.

Drevis Hager, EdD, LP
Education:   Dr. Hager earned his doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 1986 .
Credentialing:   Licensed Psychologist
Areas of practice:   Psychotherapy and psychological assessments with adults. He works with a broad range of problems and issues. He is also the Director of the Golden Valley location, and BHSI's Director of Clinical Services.
Special interests:  Stress management training, meditation, and relaxation techniques.  

Brooke Skinner-Drawz, LICSW, Ph.D.
Education:  Dr. Skinner-Drawz earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 and her PhD in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2009.
Credentialing:   Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Areas of Practice:  Individual, couple, and family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults.
Special Interests:  Parenting, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and mindfulness.

Carrie B. Sweetser, PsyD, LP
Education:  Dr. Sweetser earned her BS in psychology from Santa Clara University and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium. She completed her predoctoral internship at Hazelden Foundation and her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Minnesota and PrairieCare.
Credentialing:   Licensed Psychologist
Psychotherapy Practice:   Individual and family psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Special Interests:  Working with adolescents and young adults, depression, anxiety, addiction, and mindfulness.
Psychological Evaluation/Assessment/Testing:  Services provided for children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of assessment include (but are not limited to) psychoeducational, learning disorder, ADHD, intellectual/ cognitive, personality, and assessments to help clarify diagnosis or provide treatment recommendations.

Judith Weyl, MA, LMFT
Education:  Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, IL.
Credentials:   Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Areas of Practice:   Individual, couples and family therapy with adults and adolescents 16 and older.  Interests include working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, addiction and recovery in 12-step programs and addictive family systems as well as other mental health concerns. A solution focused approach helps individuals and couples identify both their goals for therapy and their personal strengths for reaching those goals.
Special interests:  The mind-body connection and the positive effect of compassion, mindfulness meditation and creative activity on one’s health and well-being.


Anupama Chauhan, MD
Education:   Dr. Chauhan attended Jammu University in India, and completed her psychiatric residency at the University of Minnesota and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Minnesota.
Credentialing:   Dr. Chauhan is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry.
Area of Practice:  Psychiatry with children, teens, and young adults.

Eric Goad, MD
Education:  Dr. Goad earned his MD from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1975, and completed psychiatric residency at the University of Minnesota Hospital in 1978.
Credentialing:   Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Area of Practice:  General adult psychiatry.

Kim Holtmeier, MD
Education:  Dr. Holtmeier earned her Medical Degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. She completed her General Psychiatry residency and Child/Adolescent Fellowship at the Menninger Clinic in Topeka, KS.
Credentialing:  Board Certified in General and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
 Areas of Practice:   Diagnostic evaluations and medication management for children, teens, and young adults.

Heidi Joos, MD
Education:  Dr. Joos earned her MD from the University of Michigan in 1971.  She completed a residency in Family Practice at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI in 1974 and a residency in Psychiatry at Michigan State University in 1982.
Credentialing:  Board Certified in Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine.
Areas of Practice: General adult psychiatry evaluations and medication management. 

John R. Shirriff, MD
Education:  Dr. Shirriff did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin , then earned his MD degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1981. He completed his residency there in 1985.
Credentialing:  Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry
Area of Practice:  Outpatient medication evaluations and medication monitoring with adults.

Leah Streitman, PA-C
Education:   Leah Streitman received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Augsburg College in 2015.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
Credentialing:   Board Certified Physician Assistant
Areas of Practice:   Outpatient psychiatry, including diagnostic evaluations, consultations, and medication management.  Special interest in mood disorders, OCD and other anxiety disorders, and addiction medicine.
