Paul Hill, PhD, LP 
Education:  Dr. Hill earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Northern Illinois University in 1994.
Credentialing:   Licensed Psychologist
Area of Practice:  Outpatient psychotherapy, psychological assessments and testing. Individual, family, and couples therapy with adults, adolescents, and children. Dr. Hill is also BHSI's Operations Director.

Courtney Muszel, MSW, LICSW
Education: Courtney earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University in 2003; she received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
Credentialing: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Areas of Practice: Individual psychotherapy practice with adults and teens, working with depression, anxiety, life transitions/adjustments, and emotional health/well-being. Courtney has a background in medical social work, working with patients and their families through intensive medical experiences focusing on coping/support and grief/loss.

Sally Phillips, PhD, LP
Education:  Dr. Phillips earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Miami University, 2003. She completed her internship and post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, 2003-2004.
Credentialing:  Licensed Psychologist.
Areas of Practice: Outpatient psychotherapy with adolescents 15 years and older, adults, couples and families. Pre-adoption evaluations.
Areas of interest:  Insight oriented psychoanalytic therapy (MPSI member), and short-term, problem focused therapy.  Relationship issues, parenting, depression and anxiety, ethnic identity development, coping with food allergies.  Dr. Phillips sees all members of the adoption constellation (birth parents, adoptive parents, adoptees) and has completed training  through the U of MN Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare (CASCW) to receive the  Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC), including nationally recognized Training in Adoption Competency (TAC).  She is also a vetted MNadopt adoption competent therapist.  Dr. Phillips identifies as Asian American for those seeking a therapist of color.

Alyssa Seykora, MA, LMFT 
Education:  Alyssa earned her Master’s Degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 2002.
Credentialing:  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy
Areas of Practice:  Outpatient psychotherapy with children (8+), adolescent, adults, and families.
Special Interests:  Working with a wide range of behavioral disorders in children and adolescents, parenting concerns, parenting rebellious teens, mood disorders in children, adolescents and adults, relational difficulties, family concerns, management of serious persistent mental illness, trauma, cross cultural issues, addiction, codependency, mindfulness, meditation and increasing coping skills. Clinical supervision of Marriage and Family Therapy trainees.

Lisa Zietlow, MA, LMFT
Education:  Lisa earned her Master’s Degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 2002
Credentialing:  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Areas of Practice:  Outpatient psychotherapy with children, adolescents, families, and adults.  She is also the director of BHSI in Shakopee.

Elana Goldsmith, DNP, APRN CNP, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C
Education:  Elana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She completed both the Masters in Nursing (MN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), specializing in psychiatry/mental health, at the University of Minnesota.
Credentialing: Elana is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) in the state of Minnesota. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and by Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).
Areas of Practice: Elana works with children, adolescents, and adults in the outpatient setting. Elana has a special interest in working with individuals struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She provides psychiatric services including diagnostic evaluation, medication management, lifestyle interventions, and supportive therapy.

Sarah Villafranca, CNP
Education:  Sarah received her BA in Psychology at Boston College. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s of Science in Nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA.
Credentialing:  Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Area of Practice:  Sarah works with adults in an outpatient setting. She provides psychiatric services including psychiatric assessment and medication management.

April Wolfson, APRN, CNP

Education:  April received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Westminster College (Salt Lake City, UT) in 2004 and her Master of Nursing with Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focal area at the University of Washington (Seattle, WA) in 2006.
Credentialing:  Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP) certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) in the state of Minnesota.
Areas of Practice:  Provides Psychiatric Evaluations and Psychiatric Follow-Up visits for ages 18 and up. Prescribes psychiatric medications and offers guidance for other methods of treatment along with health promotion.
Special Interests:  Bipolar Disorder, Substance Abuse & Addiction, Grief & Loss, PTSD, Schizophrenia & Psychosis, Mindfulness, and Psychiatric Care for LGBTQ+ & Culturally Diverse populations.
