Elizabeth J. Caven, PsyD, LP
Education:  Doctor of Psychology-Clinical Psychology: Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, 1999
Credentialing:  Licensed Psychologist
Areas of Practice:   Psychological testing/assessment with adults.  Psychotherapy with adults.  
Special interests:  Serious and persistent mental illness, geriatrics, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and risk assessment.
Testing/Assessment Areas:  Cognitive functioning including intellect and memory;  neuropsychological assessment; pre-surgical evaluations including bariatric and spinal; court ordered evaluations including Rule 20.01, Rule 20.02, psychosexual evaluations, CHIPS, competency to make decisions; ADHD, learning disorders, eating disorders, personality function,  and assessments to help clarify diagnosis or provide treatment recommendations.

Molly McClure, MSW, LICSW
Education:  Masters degree in Social Work from St. Thomas University (2004).
Credentials:  Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Areas of practice:  Molly provides a broad range of mental health services including individual and family therapy, as well as marriage and relationship counseling.  She works with adults, adolescents, and children.  While Molly tends to work mostly with individual issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, personal growth, career changes and emotional wellness, she has particular interest in working with couples and enhancing communication. 

Stephen C. Perry, MSEd, LP
Education:  Steve earned a Master of Science in Education degree with a Community Counseling emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 1979.
Credentialing:  Licensed Psychologist
Areas of Practice:  Mental health assessment and psychotherapy with adolescents, adults and couples.
Special Interests:  Working with individuals raised in challenging and dysfunctional family systems and with individuals in recovery from a variety of addictions.  He has extensive training and experience in EAP assessments and brief therapy.

Michael Schwieters, MSEd, LP
Education:   MS.Ed. From University of Wisconsin – Stout.
Credentials:  Licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Minnesota since 1984.
Areas of Practice:  Adults and children (ages 3 – 18). Trained in Biofeedback and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). Special interest in ADHD Assessments; Anxiety Disorders; and, Behavior Management of Children.


Susan Cavanaugh, MD
Education:  Dr. Cavanaugh did her undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and received her MD from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine.  She completed her psychiatric residency in Sioux Falls, SD through the University of South Dakota in 2003.
Credentialing:  Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry
 Areas of practice:  Adult outpatient psychiatry including evaluations, consultations, management of psychiatric disorders and medication management.

Steven Lutzwick, MD
Education:  Dr. Lutzwick received his undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University and completed medical school at the Univerisity of South Dakota in 1987. He did his residency training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.
Credentials:  Diplomate American board of Psychiatry and Neurology
Areas of Practice:  Dr. Lutzwick provides a broad range of adult psychiatric services including full psychiatric assessments, second opinion consultations, medication treatment and management services, and brief psychotherapies. He additionaly provides professional consultation services to medical and nursing facilities.

Erica O’Reilly, MSN, CNP
Education:  Masters of Science in Nursing, Vanderbilt University, 2013
Credentialing:  ANCC Board Certified as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (across the lifespan)
Areas of Practice:  Adult and Child/Adolescent psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Special Interests:  Clinical interests include depression, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

Egle Paula Otto, DNP, CNP
Education:  Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota in 2016.
Credentialing:  ANCC Board Certified as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ( Across the lifespan)
Areas of Practice:  Adult and Child/Adolescent  psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and supportive therapy
