About Andrea's Area of Practice

Every individual has a unique story shaped by culture, language, family, experiences, and more. These factors contribute to your expertise in understanding your own healing journey and needs. I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering not only your psychological and physical well-being but also your spiritual, religious, and social life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel confident both in and outside of the therapy room.

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to me. I’ve seen firsthand the value of a relationship in which clients are challenged, heard, validated, and empowered. I aim to bring humor, curiosity, and transparency to our work together, fostering an environment where growth can thrive.

I am certified in PREPARE/ENRICH for premarital, pre-commitment, and marital counseling, and trained in Trauma-CBT and Brainspotting. As a Mental Health Practitioner pursuing licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am currently working under the supervision of Gary Muchow, Ph.D., LMFT.
