Dr. Bourassa provides outpatient psychotherapy and psychological assessment to adults 18 years and older.

Education

Dr. Bourassa earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2018. Dr. Bourassa completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship (Serious Mental Illness Emphasis) at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center from 2017 – 2019.

Special Interests

Dr. Bourassa practices from a trauma-informed lens and provides services for: healthcare workers experiencing workplace stress, workplace trauma, and burnout; individuals with psychotic and/or bipolar-spectrum disorders; trauma; anger management; grief; mood disorders; ADHD. Dr. Bourassa’s approach to care includes evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-focused therapies.
