About Dr. Goldsmith's Area of Practice
Individual and family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as psychological assessment with all ages (above 6). Dr. Lloyd provides a range of psychological testing services including referrals for neuropsychological functioning (i.e. memory, cognition, attention, executive functioning, etc.), Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, personality testing, and general diagnostic clarification. In therapy, Dr. Lloyd specializes in working with the range of complex post-traumatic stress responses. She has experience working with high intensity behaviors such as sexual abuse, self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, and autism spectrum (and other developmental) disorders.
Education
Elana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She completed both the Masters in Nursing (MN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), specializing in psychiatry/mental health, at the University of Minnesota.
