Kelly provides individual psychotherapy to persons ages 7 years and older and is certified to conduct family therapy.
Kelly's Experience
Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and social work. Her professional areas of interest and experience include anxiety and mood disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), attachment disorders, personality disorders, identity issues and family problems. Kelly highly values and strives to provide diverse, equitable and inclusive mental health treatment services. She believes in a collaborative, whole-person, multi-systemic approach to therapy and works to facilitate client awareness, empowerment and change through implementation of a variety of treatment modalities, creative interventions and incorporation of client values, goals and overall strengths.
Education:
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development and Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Psychology with a certificate in Family Psychology from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Education and Professional Psychology.
Personal Life:
In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with her friends, family and three dogs, building detailed Lego sets, and crafting.
