There are exceptions such as your therapist is a psychologist who has PsyPact designation, or is a provider licensed in a state in addition to MN.
How Do I Pay for Telehealth?
Telehealth copays are the same as a regular clinic visit copays. If you have a copay, you can pay by calling the clinic location that you attend, or you can pay online here. To pay online you will need your account number from a recent statement.
