Scott Harrison, MS, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) | Eagan

About Scott's Area of Practice

Do you feel you could use a new direction in your life? Scott’s relaxed style and curiosity about what makes a happy and healthy day, week, or year will help build the path for your own life that you’ve been hoping for. It’s easy to get off track with the stresses and demands of daily responsibilities. Anxiety and depression can frustrate our best efforts. For men, it can be especially difficult to take time to evaluate where we are taking our life. Scott is especially passionate about talking with men and women, young and old, about the unique demands of the past few years.

Has your “I do” turned into “I don’t know if this is what I want”? Do you feel stuck or lonely in your relationship? Couples have unique issues and challenges, and it’s hard to get on the same page. Scott works with couples to make new agreements and define the relationship based on current realities.

Scott specializes in Men’s Issues, Relationship Issues, and Self Esteem.

Philosophy

You are not defined by your struggles, but rather by how you meet those challenges. Open and honest discussions about what you want and how to get there help clarify what we think we “should” be doing versus what we really want. Working on ourselves becomes more like a relief and less like work as we improve our close relationships and ourselves.
